Shopping in Phuket

Phuket are many hypermarkets and malls. Major shopping centers – Phuket Town and Patong Beach.
Central Festival

Hours: 11.00-22.00.

Central Festival – this is the best shopping center in Phuket Town, located at the entrance to the city. It has more than 250 shops offering a wide range of well-known European and Asian brands.

The shopping center is actually four levels. On the ground floor is the department with perfume, watches and shoes, many shops of famous brands, Tops supermarket and small restaurants and cafes. The second – division with women’s clothing, underwear and swimwear, souvenir shop, home appliances, phones, pharmacies, boutiques, banks, and massage parlors. – The third division men’s and sports wear, photo lab, a bookstore cinema, spa, food court and restaurants. If you walk through the office of cosmetics and perfume and go down the escalator down on the ground floor, get into the department of children’s clothing and footwear, products for home and office. In Central Festival’e can find brands such as Chaps, Guess, Esprit, Lacoste, Levi’s, Timberland, Play Boy, Samsonite, City Chain, Swarovski, Nike, Liz Clayborne, Marks & Spenser, Roxy, Calvin Klein and others. Of all the shopping centers in Phuket only in Central Festival is a Thai silk shop Jim Thompson. In the souvenir department Zook Zone on the second floor sells unusual stuff ideal for gifts. In the opticians on the second floor you can buy the latest designer sunglasses brands such as Cartier, Versace and Gucci. In the department of cosmetics and perfumes can find brands such as Chanel, Dior, Revlon, Etude, L’Oreal, Calvin Klein, Bvlgari, Clarins, Kanebo, L’occitane.

At the mall Central Festival for more than 30 restaurants and cafes, where you can leisurely meal and a break from shopping. Known network Fuji Japanese restaurant located on the third floor. On the second floor Lotus’a is a food court and noisy slot machines, so if you love to eat in silence, you should choose any other restaurant on the ground floor: Pizza Company, Black Canyon Coffee, KFS and SantaFe.

Big C

Hours: 10.00-23.00.

In three hundred meters from Lotus’a is a three-storey shopping mall Big C. Its concept is similar to the previous hypermarket. On the ground floor is a food court, children’s playroom, electronics stores and phone numbers. It was here, in my opinion, the biggest selection of phones in Phuket. The second floor is occupied by a hypermarket, restaurants, fast food shops and costume jewelry and gifts. On the third floor selling Thai souvenirs, and is bowling.
Robinson’s

Hours: 11.00-22.00.

Robinson’s shop is located in the heart of Phuket Town, and Jungceylon’e in Patong. He somehow reminds Front Central Festival in the same shopping center, however, brands are a little different. In Robinson’s biggest selection of lingerie in Phuket, footwear and children’s clothing famous brands. In the cosmetics department will feature such brands as Lancome, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Clinique, H20 +, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Kose, Kanebo, Revlon and Paul Smith. On the ground floor there is a small supermarket Tops.
Ocean Plaza

Hours: 11.00-22.00.

Ocean Plaza shops are three: one in the center of Phuket Town, and two in Patong – Bangla Road and on the southern beach on the first street. In tourist areas selling various Thai souvenirs and clothing for the rest. Shopping Centre in the heart of Phuket Town, is famous for, Closeouts, and on the second floor of the store is a cinema.

Jungceylon

Hours: May-October 11.00-22.00, 11.00-23.00 November-April.

Great shopping and entertainment complex Jungceylon on Patong Beach is more like a small town. Here you can find the shopping center Robinson’s, hypermarket Carrefour, like Big C, dozens of boutiques, restaurants and cafes. More than two hundred stores, united under one roof. Jungceylon divided into four zones: Silang Boulevard, The Port, Sino Phuket and Phuket Square. Silang Boulevard, designed in the style of a tropical island – the building is located at the entrance to the second street of Patong Beach. On the first floor there are fashion boutiques, restaurants, fast food and Japanese cuisine Fuji, ice-cream Haagen-Dazs and Swensen’s, two sports department. Ground floor is divided between the food court with delicious Thai cuisine, massages and lots of little shops with souvenirs. Perhaps, in Jungceylon’s largest selection of Thai souvenirs in Phuket. Phuket Square shopping center occupied by Robinson’s, hypermarket Carrefour, a variety of boutiques, banks, cosmetics store and a pharmacy Boots and Watsons, beauty salons, bowling and a cinema. The Port, in my opinion, the most interesting and beautiful area Jungceylon’a. The huge ship, reminiscent of the opening of the island, a fountain, cocktail Squeeze and recently opened a nightclub Sound Phuket, designed in an unreal space style. Every evening in the square near the fountain at 19.00 and 21.00 passes a laser show with music. The most delicious Zone Sino Phuket decorated in Portuguese style and is a street of bars and restaurants. Bored of Russian cuisine can taste it in the restaurant Spice House, as well as Thai and Japanese dishes. Drink Irish beer offered at the Irish Times Pub. You can play billiards in the Absolut Bar. Outlet Mall

Hours: 11.00-22.00.

Opened this year shopping center is on the road from Phuket Town, the airport. Here you can find brands such as Hush Puppies, Nautica, Disel, NafNaf, Roxy, Geox, Esprit, Lacoste, Bossini, XoXo, Zein, Haas, Ecko, Levi’s, Wrangler, Fox and other discounts of 10-70%. Home Pro Village and Villa Market

Hours: 11.00-22.00

New shopping center in Phuket, more interesting local farang, rather than tourists, is located near Chalongovskogo ring. Here are a variety of products for home, garden and office.
